Hours:
Thank you for contacting us.
We will get back to you as soon as possible
Climate and Acclimation
Ensure the installation area is heated to at least 68°F for 48 hours prior to and after the installation.
Adhesive
If your new floor is going to be glued down, ensure the installation area is smooth with no cracks or other visible damage.
Furniture
Please remove all furniture from the installation area. We can do it for you for an additional charge. Please also empty the contents of your china cabinets and closets.
Pre-Existing Flooring
If you plan on removing your old flooring yourself, do so at least one full day before your new scheduled installation. Leave tack strips in place, pull out staples, and retouch any scuffed areas.
Subfloor Preparation
Leave subfloor preparation to our professional team. Vinyl is a smooth surface, so any irregularities in the floor will stick out like a sore thumb. Some subfloors are more suitable for LVT and LVP; call today for more information. Before installing LVT or LVP, test all exposed concrete floors for hydrostatic pressure. Our team can walk you through this process. Finally, all substrates need to be leveled according to your product’s guidelines. In most cases, we won’t be able to accurately estimate the cost of your new flooring without removing your old one.
Doors
Remove all doors that would obstruct new flooring. Our team can help you remove and re-hang doors. In some cases, your doors will not clear the new LVT or LVP; you’ll need a carpenter to shave or cut down the bottom of your door to ensure clearance.
Fixtures
LVT and LVP are usually cut-around articles attached to your building; if you’d like your flooring to extend under these items instead, please remove them before installation.
Wires
All TV, stereo, and telephone wires must be moved away from the installation area prior to our arrival.
Closets
Please clear the floors if you’d like flooring added inside your closets.
Electricity
Good lighting and electrical outlet access are required for installation.
Moulding
Please remove all floor mouldings, as our installers cannot be responsible for additional damages when removing them ourselves. We make every effort to avoid scuffing your walls and floorboards, but accidents happen. We recommend touching up those areas post-installation.
Estimates
Estimates may need to be revised from time to time. You will be notified if water or pet damage is discovered in your subfloors. We’ll keep you up-to-date on any potential production delays for special order materials.
Ventilation
Establish proper ventilation and keep traffic in the installation area light for at least 24 hours. Avoid stepping on the seams as much as possible.
Floor Protection
Use hard plastic floor protectors to avoid scratching your new surface. When moving heavy furniture and appliances, use cardboard to further protect the flooring.
Squeaks
We are not responsible for squeaky floors.
Shortages
If there are shortages or overages due to your job, we cannot return any altered remnants to inventory. Therefore, we are not responsible.
Seams
No seam is totally invisible, though we’ll do our best to create a seamless flooring system.
Cleanup
We will collect all trash created by our installation and leave it at your trash collection site. Haul-away services are an additional fee. We recommend avoiding washing your floor for at least three days after installation.

Tyler and Seth removed, repaired and reinstalled our LVP flooring that was installed by an “amateur” originally. Couldn’t be happier. They worked hard and did a great job. Friendly guys, and I highly recommend you to use them!
